Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Infant is diagnosed as high risk; 2) At least one of the parents owns and can use a smart phone and possesses basic literacy skills (at least elementary school graduates); 3) The parents volunteer to participate in this study and are willing to be followed up for 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: mother has suffered from postpartum depression or other diseases which will affect the participation of intervention.
