Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-time employees; 2. Aged =18 years old; 3. Fully understanding the contents and willing to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant; 2. BMI<18.5; 3. Participants who can not finish an interview due to reading or communication barriers.
