Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. to obtain a certificate of nurse and can do the clinical work independently; 2. working in ICU for more than one year; 3. willing to participate this study, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. nurses who are on the vacation or out for school; 2. nursing trainee.
