Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing lobectomy surgery, aged forty to eighty, all genders, operation time three to six hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe infection,uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, dysfunction,renal dysfunction,long-term steroids or anticoagulant therapy, severe malnutrition ,etc.
