Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with depressive disorder or anxiety spectrum disorder according to DSM-5 and the diagnosis will be made by psychiatrists; 2. Total score of Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders (SCARED) questionnaire =233; Total score of Depression Self-rating Scale for Children (DSRSC) questionnaire=154; the participants were never involved in CBT related psychological therapy or medicine treatment5)the participants and their guardians get the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with schizophrenia at present or in the past; 2. Diagnosed with mental retardation (Wechsler intelligence2.
