18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 55 years old; 2. diagnosed with rheumatic heart disease with severe valve impairment, and for whom the clinical decision had been made to perform valve replacement operation; 3. ASA III; 4. NYHA II~III, BMI 18~25.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the comorbidities of coronary heart desease, hypertension,diabetes mellitus, cerebral infarction, severe heart failure and arrhythmic, or who were undergoing reoperation.
