Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. children with congenital heart disease hospitalized between Jan. 1, 2016 and Dec. 31, 2016 in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of Hunan Children's Hospital, Changsha, China; 2. 1 month~13 years old; 3. under elective CPB surgery; and 4. informed consent signed before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient with chromosome disease, malignant tumor, hematological system diseases, and diabetes; 2. patient with chronic renal disease; 3. patient with acute or chronic inflammatory diseases; 4. patient with preoperative AKI; and 5. patient administered with nephrotoxic drug during the disease course.
