Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health adults

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of cardiovascular deseases and tumor; 2. history of psychiatric illness (evaluated by intelligence scale and mental scale); 3. history of food or drug allergy, Pontic, dental filling, metallic implant; 4. claustrophobia; 5. the female was not in menstrual period and menopause.
