Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Younger than the age of 35; Patients diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome; Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Comply with any of the following items: Baseline FSH > 10 iu/L; History of alcohol or drug abuse; Hyperprolactinemia (PRL > 700 mIU/L); Glucocorticoid therapy; Have liver disease or liver damage (ALT > 80 IU/L); Have kidney disease or impaired renal function (serum creatinine 1.4 mg/dL or higher); Metformin is allergic; Always used metformin treatment; Researchers think that there is any reason doesnt fit to participate in the study.
