Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of sarcopenia; 2. There is no restriction on age andgender; 3. The compliance is good, andis willing to sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver andkidney dysfunction (serum creatinine > 2 times of normal upper limit, ALT > 3 times of normal upper limit); 2. Malignant wasting diseases (such as malignant tumor, COPD, connective tissue diseases, etc.); 3. Chronic severe gastrointestinal disease (such as digestive system tumors, peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, chronic diarrhea, stubborn constipation, the intestinal function failure, acute or chronic enteritis, gastrointestinal obstruction, etc.); 4. Severe mental illness such as depression andschizophrenia; 5. Unwilling to sign the consent form.
