Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) healthy volunteers; (2) aged 18 to 40 years; (3) not less than 45kg, BMI [BMI= () between 19-24 weight (kg) / 2 (M2)]; (4) a smoking free wine hobby; (5) the overall health physical examination qualified, blood cytology, blood biochemistry, urine routine, blood coagulation function, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray examination; (6) understand and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the period of menstruation, pregnancy, lactation, pregnancy women; (2) the important organs have a primary disease; (3) in 3 months, it has been known to have a drug that has been damaged by certain organs; (4) patients with severe blood, heart, liver, kidney and endocrine diseases; (5) regular medication, alcohol, smoking; (6) there are chronic gastrointestinal diseases or liver and kidney disease history or existing disease, affecting drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and other factors; (7) patients with central nervous system damage or mental illness; (8) the researchers believe that the physical condition of the patient is not suitable for the study; (9) in 3 months or in other clinical trials; (10) 2 weeks after taking any drug; (11) allergic constitution or allergic person to the ingredients of this drug.
