Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: the first stage: 1. Women of childbearing age 18 to 45 years old; 2. All schizophrenia patients were screened by the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV; 3. All the patient is hospitalized; 4. Patients without hyperprolactinemic; 5. Patients are not accompanied by glucolipid metabolic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes now or in the past time; 6. Clinical laboratory indicators suggest the patient's body stable medical condition; 7. Written informed consent was obtained from each subject or their legal guardians before any study-related procedures were performed. the second stage: 1. After the monotherapy of the second generation antipsychotics,which can be merged with MECT,the first group almost get remission (the decrease of PANSS is at least 50%); 2. The serum prolactin level of the patients is 496 miu/L or higher; 3. Written informed consent was obtained from each subject or their legal guardians before any study-related procedures were performed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were screened by the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV were diagnosed substance abuse in the past 6 months; 2. Patients with serious or unstable physical diseases or history; 3. Patients with organic diseases (especially the hypothalamic -pituitary- adrenal axis disease); 4. Drug allergic history of aripiprazole.
