Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The existence of difficulty falling asleep, difficulty maintaining sleep, or wake up early, with daytime dysfunction, more than three times a week,more than a month; (2) 18-80 years old; (3) Primary school or higher; education; (4) No serious physical and mental disorders, no alcohol dependence; (5) After obtaining consent from patients and their families into the group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) 80 years old; (2) Severe heart and lung diseases,major depressive disorder,schizophrenia; (3) Cultural level is too low, you can not understand the scale and recorded sleep diaries.
