30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age from 30 to 65 years old; 2. Female/male 15/15; 3. HbA1c between 7% - 9%; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or lactating women; 2. accompanied with serious heart, liver and kidney diseases or mental illness; 3. with severe infections, and acute diabetic complications; 4. allergies to food related to the diet.
