40 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Shoulder pain, worse at night, with inability to lie on the affected side; 2. Appreciable restriction of both active and passive motion with abduction and flexion; 3. Age from 40-75; 4. With Clear mind and cooperating with the doctor to collect clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of underlying fracture, dislocation, malignancy, associated inflammatory arthritis, bone TB and Neck-shoulder syndrome; 2. cardiovascular disease, renal or hepatic disease, haemopoietic disorder, any pregnant woman, mental disorder likely to interfere with the course or assessment of the disease process.
