40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke patients Confirmed by CT or MRI (Duration of disease is month or longer, patients age 40-80 years old; 2. right handedness (accorfing to Edinburgh Handedness Scales); 3. Brunnstrom stage II or above; 4. Ashworth scores no more than 2; 5. hand extension against gravity at wrist=20 degree or above; metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joints of each of the fingers=10 degree or above; 6. the patient can stand and walk for at lease 10 meters with or without a crutch or assisted by on more than one person; 7. No serious cognitive dysfunction(according to Mini-Mental State Examination) 8. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with the condition of congestive heart-failure; deep venous thrombosis; Malignant progressive high blood pressure;Respiratory function failure;active liver disease, liver dney disfunction; 2. The patient has received the intervention provided by this experiment for over a week; 3. patient with limb fracture; 4. a history of mental illness or tipsychotic drugs; 5. severe hemispatial neglect; 6. patient with cerebellum or brain-stem injury.
