Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II, 18-65 years-old, post operative PCA patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery, admit to this search and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dysaudia or language barrier, electical inplation, disfunction of nerve system, incomprehension of VAS, disgusting of music, agreed to use TENS
