17 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be aged from 17 to 70 years old; 2. patients with liver tumor, scheduled for hemihepatectomy or hepatic trisegmentectomy; 3. the residual liver volume / weight less than 0.5%; 4. no cirrhosis or mild cirrhosis, liver function grade is Child A.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cardiopulmonary anomaly, cannot tolerate operation; 2. patients with moderate and severe liver cirrhosis or with portal hypertension, having moderate and more serious esophageal and gastric varices; 3. the existence of unresectable extrahepatic tumors; 4. main vessels of residual liver has Neoplasm invasiveness.

healthy residual liver enlarging speed and volume of two groups of patients;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
resection of hepatic segment, manner and duration of hepatic blood flow occlusion, amount of bleeding, blood transfusion, dispose of hepatic cross section;Liver function, renal function, blood coagulation function, blood routine;
