Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients with knee osteoarthritis; 2. The main clinical manifestation is medial compartment lesion; A. The medial space of knee joint is narrow (X-ray showed); B. The medial knee joint pain is the main symptom(active pain, rest pain or tenderness); C. The cartilage of the medial knee joint is damage (MRI showed). 3. Weight-bearing X-ray shows that limb alignment is genu varum; 4. The conservative treatment is ineffectual.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee valgus deformity with lateral space narrowing and pain; 2. Rheumatoid arthritis, septic arthritis and other joint diseases; 3. A history of trauma with the major knee ligament injury or rupture.
