Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Trial 1: Written informed consent was obtained from each of 100 patients undergoing thoracic procedure for which OLV was required; Trial 2: Written informed consent was obtained from each of 120 patients undergoing esophageal procedure for which OLV was required; Trial 3: Written informed consent was obtained from each of 90 patients undergoing esophageal procedure for which OLV was required. Inclusion criteria: a) ASA 1-2 grade; b) age 18 to 65; c) height Female more than 150cm, Male more than 160cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: a) difficult airway; b) BMI more than 28kg/m2; c) central bronchogenic carcinoma; d) pyothorax; e) bronchopleural fistula; f) difficult lung isolation.
