18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients, characterized by symptoms of urgency, often accompanied by urinary frequency (>=8 times, day andnight; >=2 times, night; on average every time the urine amount 2, total score > 3; 3. routine urine, urine bacteria culture are negative; 4. symptoms more than 3 months, nearly a month without other treatment methods; 5. agreed to accept PTNS treatment, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with urinary tract infection; 2. Patients with the urinary tract obstruction, stones, tumor; 3. Patients with the bladder detrusor contraction force, neurogenic bladder, patients with stress urinary incontinence. 4. Patients with severe disease of heart head blood-vessel, severe liver andkidney function is not complete, intracranial tumor, brain injury, spinal trauma, such as senile dementia, mental disorder; 5. Patients with allergic constitution.
