Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients receiving primary lumbar spinal surgery for lumbar disc herniation (LDH) or lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) ; 2. voluntarily participate in the trial and signed informed consent, good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. preoperative low serum albumin is not correct, lack of communication and cooperation ability; 2. a history of major surgery on the knee; 3. with gastrointestinal diseases, liver and kidney disease.
