Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis caused by helicobacter pylori infection (positive 14c urea breath test ) were examined by 14c urea breath test in digestive department of Chongqing cancer hospital; (2) Aged 18 - 70 years old; (3) anti - HP treatment has not been performed in the past; (4) have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with poor compliance, difficult to follow up and review; (2) those who can 't stand or finish gastroscopy and ph monitor in stomach; (3) after admission, Patients with gastrointestinal tract occupation and active bleeding were found by gastroscopy.
