18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 65 years old, male or non-pregnant women; 2. a clear history of head trauma; 3. GCS=5 points after admission or after resuscitation; 4. NIHSS score 6 to 25 points before treatment; 5. the first skull CT showed brain contusion lesions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe multiple injuries or severe chest and abdomen injury; 2. severe basal organ diseases, such as severe coagulation disorders, hemodynamic instability, tumors; 3. past history of cerebral infarction; 4. systolic blood pressure after resuscitation = 90mmHg; 5. recovery SPO2 = 90%; 6. patients with cerebral embolism or suspected cerebral embolism associated with atrioventricular block disease, atrial fibrillation, myocardial infarction, heart valve disease, infective endocarditis, heart rate less than 50 beats / min.
