Interventions

treatment group(study group ):combination of GnRH - A and letrozole with mifepristone will be used for High-risk early-onset OHSS patients after oocyte retrieval
The control group (mifepristone):mifepristone will be used for High-risk early-onset OHSS patients after oocyte retrieval

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women in the first IVF/ICSI cycle of 20-40 years; 2. the number of ovum recovery over than 18; 3. Serum E2 is greater than 5000pg/ml on the day of HCG trigger ; 4. Cancel the fresh embryo transplantation and frozen the whole embryos; 5. HCG trigger.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to GnRH-A(cetrorelix) or mifepristone and letrozole; 2. Measures taken to prevent OHSS (such as coasting, etc.) are used duing the ovarian stimulation process. 3. Some systemic diseases (liver and kidney disease, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, Cushing's syndrome, adrenal cortical dysfunction, venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, or cerebrovascular events); 4. Any drug (cox-2 inhibitor, calcium antagonist, etc.) that can influence the permeability of blood vessels (cox-2 inhibitor, calcium antagonist, etc.) before the cycle, and th drugs (insulin sensitizer) that affects endocrine; 5. GnRHa or GnRHa+HCG double trigger.
