Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients had endometriosis diagnosed by a prior surgery and/or MR ovarian twice(More than 3 weeks apart) chocolate cyst diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound; 2. The cause of infertility is endometriosis and / or fallopian tube factors and/or male factors, and FET assisted pregnancy; 3. Aged between 20 and 40 years; 4. BMI 18-25kg/m2. 5. This cycle plans to ET 2 frozen embryos, or 1-2 blastula embryo which include more than one good cleavage stage embryo/blastocyst.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent implantation failure( > 2?); 2. Always cycle endometrial thickness(mm) 20mm; 5. No patients were included who had received long-acting GnRH agonists or progestins for treatment of symptomatic endometriosis within 3 months of initiation of their IVF cycle; 6. The mean diameter of an unsurgically diagnosed ovarian chocolate cyst was > 4cm; 7. CA125 >= 200IU/L; 8. Clinically significant abnormal chromosomes of the husband/wife or both; 9. No long-term follow-up or compliance can be carried out, or any factors that the researchers believe will affect the participants' participation in the test or outcome evaluation; 10. Other medications that may affect pregnancy outcomes in other clinical studies or applications during the same period.
