19 Years to 46 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged from 18-50 years; (2) educational level = 5 years; (3) diagnosed with schizophrenia according to ICD-10; (4) duration of illness = 10 years; (5) taken second generation antipsychotics without dosage change at least 4 weeks before recruitment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnancy women; (2) taken first generation antipsychotics or clozapine; (3) comorbid with bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder or obsessional-compulsive disorder; (4) IQ <85; (5) treated with MECT in last 6 months; (6) substance abuse; (7) diagnosed with neurological disease such as stroke, epilepsy, Parkinsons disease and multiple sclerosis; (8) with unstable medical condition.
