Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged arrange from 65 to 85 years old male and female, Junior high school education degree or above; 2. The patient's main complaint or the informant's report of memory impairment, slow onset, gradual progress,the symptom was last more than 6 months,18=MMSE=24,CDR>0.5; 3. Use conventional medicine for more than 2 months; 4. Can complete simple cognitive tasks, understand the guidance and can cooperate and adhere to the treatment course; 5. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The dementia was caused by other etiology; 2. Acute stage of cerebral vessel disease; 3. Have a history of epilepsy and take antiepileptic drugs; 4. Having a history of mental illness, such as schizophrenia, severe anxiety and depression, etc.; 5. The condition that affect the test of cognitive function such as loss of language, severe hearing or visual impairment, lateral hemiplegia, etc.
