Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-75 years old; (2) consistent with the diagnosis of hyperuricemia, and cardiovascular disease and metabolic diseases or cardiovascular risk factors in patients; or (3) asymptomatic hyperuricemia with serum uric acid < 540 mol/L was invalid after 3 months of life guidance (non urate lowering drug therapy); or (4) serum uric acid was more than 540 mol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) secondary hyperuricemia caused by tumor; (2) the symptoms of acute attack of gout occurred in the past 2 weeks; (3) diabetes mellitus; (4) glomerular filtration rate is lower than 20ml/min; (5) long-term dialysis patients; (6) pregnant women or lactating patients; (7) patients who are participating in other clinical studies; (8) it is known that some of the drugs in this study, especially benzyl bromide, are allergic or intolerant to Malone; (9) the researchers believe that patients should not be included in the group, such as mental illness, or other major diseases in acute phase; (10) past history of kidney stones; (11) liver function damage.
