18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be confirmed to meet the diagnostic criteria of acute cerebral infarction with middle cerebral artery as responsible vessel; 2. Within three days after the onset; 3. Aged 30 to 80 years; 4. NIHSS score more than 5 points; 5. Patient or family sign consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemorrhagic cerebral infarction; 2. Coma; 3. Large cerebral infarction; 4. Obvious neurologic deficits before this Stroke; 5. Exist serious heart kidney failure or malignant tumor; 6. Exist epilepsy; 7. Pregnancy or lactation; 8. Poor temporal window; 9. Can't cooperate with TCD breathless test; 10. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months.
