Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 3-10 years, ASA I or II; Elective abdominal surgery (open or laparoscopic), surgery, Department of orthopedics, Department of urology surgery in children with tonsillectomy; Voluntary, parents or guardian sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) children with hypersensitivity to nalbuphine or a group of anaphylaxis with opioid allergies; 2) preoperative 24h use of sedative and analgesic and antiemetic and anti itch drugs; 3) children with a history of bronchial asthma; 4) children with severe sleep apnea syndrome and arrhythmia children; 5) there was a difficult airway; 6) renal function injury; 7) children with mental and neurological diseases; 8) children who have used sedative and analgesic drugs for a long time; 9) children with a history of chronic pain; 10) severely obese children; 11) children with other cases that are considered unsuitable for admission.
