Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients included in this study sample have to be disgnosed with intracapsular condylar fractures by clinical examination, CT examination and other auxiliary examinations, consent to the surgical treatment, and have any of the following fracture conditions: 1) the mandibular ramus stump dislocated out of the glenoid fossa; 2) the height of mandibular ramus reduced; 3) a fracture causing serious malocclusion or limited mouth opening could not be solved by closed treatment; 4) the TMJ disc were torn and dislocated laterally.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients were excluded from this study if 1)they were diagnosed with an undislocated or only slightly dislocated fracture; 2) they refused surgical treatment; 3) they could not complete a 1-year follow-up; 4) navigation was not succesfully appiled because of technical problems or registration fails.
