16 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patellar dislocation confirmed by history, physical examination and images, and the patients suffer more than two times of dislocations and willing to receive operative treatment; positive apprehension test; severe trochlear dysplasia comfirmed by preoperative images.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: prior surgery of the same knee joint; severe abnormal lower extremity alignment; severe osteoarthritis comfirmed by preoperative images.
