18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 65 years; (2) imaging (KUB, abdominal B-ultrasound and urinary CT scan) confirmed urinary calculi; (3) consent and signature of an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) solitary kidney, polycystic kidney, sponge kidney, horseshoe kidney, renal duplication, caliceal diverticular calculi and renal cyst with stones; (2) fever of more than 38 DEG C, acute pyelonephritis, urinary tract infection, other organ system infection or inflammatory diseases; (3) severe hydronephrosis, renal failure, uremia, and systemic hemorrhagic disease; (4) require percutaneous nephrostomy or indwelling double J tube drainage; (5) due to the side effects of the drug intolerance; (6) coronary heart disease, hypertension, pulmonary heart disease, arrhythmia, heart failure and other cardiovascular and pulmonary disease; (7) pregnancy and lactation of gallstone disease in patients with pregnancy and menstrual period; (8) during the treatment period, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy or ureteroscopic lithotripsy were required for intervention; (9) no follow-up was allowed, and no follow-up was completed.
