Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. skeletal maturity, heel pain plantar fascia is inserted at the front or at the tuberosity of the calcaneus; 2. failure of conservative treatment for 3 months, including ordinary insole and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug; 3. and visual analog Table (VAS) is more than 40 mm in pain intensity; 4. plantar fascia rupture or plantar fascia more than 4 mm, and echo reduction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. an open wound of the foot or heel, history of foot surgery or fracture; 2. Related diseases: knee or ankle dysfunction, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Reiters syndrome; 3. Injection of plantar fasciitis in the first six months; 4. lumbal vertebra; 5. Lidocaine allergy history; 6. prior treatment with BoNT-A, existing diagnosed allergies or antibodies against BoNT-A; 7. history of chronic narcotic use for any reason; 8. a history of infection in the previous 3 months, at the application site.
