Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. duration of no more than 48 hours while the general condition is still good in children with primary intussusception; 2. male and female children aged 0-14 years old; 3. Voluntary subjects and children's legal representative signed the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Course of more than 48 hours and the general condition of the poor, such as severe dehydration, apathetic, fever or shock and other symptoms; 2. a high degree of abdominal distension, abdominal tenderness, abdominal muscle tension, suspected peritonitis; 3. Gastrointestinal perforation performance; 4. Repeated intussusception, highly suspected or diagnosed secondary intussusception; 5. highly suspected or confirmed intestinal intussusception who; 6. One of the following: uncontrolled severe infection, severe electrolyte imbalance; active intravascular coagulation; severe heart failure, lung, liver, kidney and other serious organ failure; other reasons can not tolerate.
