Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No mental illness or mental disorder, can truly understand the content of the questionnaire and volunteer; 2. blood routine examination, hepatorenal and kidney function,ultrasonic cardiogram is normal; 3. blood clotting mechanism is normal ;Preoperative three is normal; 4. the patients who need Long-term infusion and chemotherapy .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No suitable puncture catheters; 2. Severe blood clotting disorder; 3. Superior vena cava syndrome; 4. Not cooperating or being agitated
