Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria of amblyopia: Strabismus and Amblyopia Group (2010) of Chinese Academy of Ophthalmology: monocular or binocular best corrected visual acuity lower than the vision of corresponding age, or binocular vision difference of more than 2 lines. due to monocular strabismus, uncorrected anisometropia and high degree refractive error and form deprivation; (2) the best corrected visual acuity of both eyes is lower than the normal corrected visual acuity of children of normal age. (3 years old = 0.5, 4 ~ 5 years old = 0.6, 6 ~ 7 years old = 0.7); (3) Can cooperate with various examinations of this research. (4) Aged 3 to 12 years old; (5) The child guardian voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With other eye organic diseases; 2. With intracranial disease; 3. Can not cooperate with the examination.
