16 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 16-70 years old; (2) Confirmed of liver carcinoma, tumor confined to unilateral liver without any major vascular invasion and distant metastasis; (3) patients undergoing laparoscopic resection of partial,segment,lobe or semi liver; (4) Child-Pugh grade of A to B; (5) Patients without severe underlying diseases in heart, brain, lung, kidney or other vital organs, ECOG score of 0-1 and preoperative ASA grade of I to II; (6) Patients who signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with non hepatocellular carcinoma; (2) Patients with severe underlying diseases or poor liver function (Child-Pugh grade of C); (3) multiple tumors or with distant metastasis.
