Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 40-80, ASA I-II, BW50-90kg, scheduled for radical resection of colorectal caner under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic to ropivacaine; 2. coagulopathic abnormality; 3. infection in puncture site; 4. BMI>40kg/m2; 5. daily intake of opioids; 6. unable to communicate or comprehend pain numberial rating scale; 7. antipsychotic drug use recently; 8. alcohol and/or drug abuse; 9. already attended other clinical trials.
