Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients to be scheduled for elective unilateral shoulder arthroscopy, aged 18 years of age, and to be able to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With bleeding or clotting disorder, preoperative anticoagulation therapy, an abnormal coagulation profile, renal insufficiency or disorder, sickle cell disease, allergy to local anesthetics or TXA, severe preoperative swelling
