Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with schizophrenia according the fourth edition of the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of mental disorders (DSM- IV); (2) Patients with schizophrenia living near the community rehabilitation station; (3) There was no change of the dose or type of antipsychotic agents in the past three months; (4) Aged 20-60 years, the education level above junior high school; (5) Family and patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent; (6) Positive subscale of the positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) <22.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) With mental retardation or cerebral organic disease; (2) With severe recession or impulsive behavior and can not finish assessments; (3) With severe depression, anxiety and substance abuse; (4) With severe somatic disease or side effects of drugs that can not be rehabilitated.
