18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) time from stroke onset to puncture within 6 hours; 2) aged 18-80 years; 3) national health stroke scale (NIHSS score) =6; 4) acute ischemic stroke with large artery occlusion; 5) the patient has signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) the patient has not signed the informed consent; 2) the NIHSS < 6; 3) allergy to contrast agent; 4) time from stroke onset to puncture over 6 hours; 5) ASPECT score < 6.
