Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. primarily originated from head and neck region; 2. pathologically confirmed soft tissue sarcoma; 3. ECOG store <2; 4. withou severe diseases of Blood heart, lung, liverkidney or metabolic diseases; 5. without previous treatment (radiotherapy or chemotherapy).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic to Apatinib Mesylate; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Apatinib Mesylat contraindication (active bleedingpeptic ulcer intestinal perforationinflammatory ileuswithin 30 days major postoperationhypertension that drugs can't be controllediii-iv stages cardiac insufficiency and severe hepatic and renal dysfunction); 4. the ones who doctors didnt think is suitabl; 5. initially distant metastasis.
