Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of Western medical insomnia; 2. Individuals between the ages of 18 and 70 years; 3. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) scored more than seven points; 4. The subjects voluntarily participated in clinical trials 5. Individuals who agree with a study protocol and sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have taken somnifacient one week before the study; 2. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction or combined with other systemic serious diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients; 4. Uncooperative patients.
