Group 20N:lift chin with both hands and each hand exerts the force of 20 Newton
Group 30N:lift chin with both hands and each hand exerts the force of 30 Newton
Group 40N:lift chin with both hands and each hand exerts the force of 40 Newton

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II, aged 18 to 70 years, elective functional endoscopic sinus surgery and tympanoplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI=40kg/m2,history of gastroesophageal reflux disease, asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
