Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade =III; aged older than 65 years; the imaging examination confirmed the diagnosis of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, not combined with other fractures; agreed to participate in this study, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients refused to participate in the study; the patients with schizophrenia or epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, due to severe dementia, language disorder, coma, end stage disease can not complete the normal communication; the attending physician or other researchers think that there are other cases that are not suitable for the study
