18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed of having Achalasia; 2. Male and female aged 18 to 80 years old; 3. Signed a patient informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intolerance of general anathesia; 2. Pregnancy and lactation women; 3. Taking steroids or anticoagulants; 4. Life span is less than 6 months; 5. Severe lung or renal dysfunctions(Cr>200 umol/l); 6. Severe achalasia with esophageal dilation and tortuosity; 7. Cirrhosis with Portal hypertention; 8. Malignancies of esophagus or cardia of the stomach; 9. A history o open surgery (Heller Myotomy); 10. Have been included by another study.
