Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Tumors are located in segment IVa, IVb, V or VIII; 3. No intrahepatic metastases and main vascular tumor thrombus; 4. Liver function should be Child-Pugh A; 5. Residual liver volume should=50% functional liver volume.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-HCC by pathological examinations; 2. Abodominal surgical history; 3. Patients with TACE history; 4. Patients with other systemic diseases unsuitable for surgery; 5. Pregnant HCC patients; 6. Patients with other malignant diseases; 7. Emergent liver resection for tumor rupture; 8. patients without R0 resection.
