18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18~65 years; The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ II level; BMI 18.5 ~ 25 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. mental disease or have a family history of mental illness; 2. have obvious heart, lung, liver and renal insufficiency; 3. a history of neuromuscular diseases,endocrine systems, allergic diseases, and mental illness; 4. a historic allergy of hydrochloride Dexmetrine or other drugs in the study; 5. HR<50bpm; SBP<100mmHg in the preoperative, degree II or degree III atrioventricular block and other heart disease; 6. The composite anesthesia; 7. The application of ?2 adrenergic agonists; 8. Pregnants or lactating patients; 9. illiteracy; 10. Patients with cerebrovascular disease and accompanied by sequelae.
